Marination:Cut the chicken into strips and marinate with pepper and salt, ..rest.
Batter :Mix Maida, salt, baking powder, white pepper, chilli flakes, Vinegar, water and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes...
After 30 minutes Dip the chicken strips into the batter and fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden colour...
Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with ketchup or your favourite dips...
NOTES:*Careful while adding salt since both marination and batter need salt
*Batter shouldn't be water, not be thick...
*Batter should cold while taking for fry the chicken.
*And also you can make the batter by using cold water instead of keeping in the fridge for 30mins...
