Ingredients

  • 300 gms chicken breast


  • 3/4 cups maida


  • 1 1/2 tsp white pepper powder


  • 2 tsp red chili flakes


  • 1 1/2 tsp vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp salt as needed


  • 1 cups water as needed

Directions

  • Marination:Cut the chicken into strips and marinate with pepper and salt, ..rest.
  • Batter :Mix Maida, salt, baking powder, white pepper, chilli flakes, Vinegar, water and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes...
  • After 30 minutes Dip the chicken strips into the batter and fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or until golden colour...
  • Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with ketchup or your favourite dips...
  • NOTES:*Careful while adding salt since both marination and batter need salt
  • *Batter shouldn't be water, not be thick...
  • *Batter should cold while taking for fry the chicken.
  • *And also you can make the batter by using cold water instead of keeping in the fridge for 30mins...
